Job Responsibilities:

• Thorough Analytical and process knowledge of the Liquefaction and fermentation process (alcohol making).
• Conducting product trials at distillery plants of our clients
• Performing trouble shooting activities of the fermentation process
• Monitoring alcohol making process and performance of the products at client site.
• Suggesting enzyme / yeast solutions as per the process requirements
• Subject matter expert (SME) on the fermentation process representing the distillery sites of our clients.
• Fermentation process data reporting to technical experts of the team
• Managing technical queries of the team & resolving them
• Interact with R&D and provide inputs on the potential for new products and improvements in existing products functionalities.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies and advances in the enzyme industry.
• Willing to travel

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Complete Lab and Process Knowledge in Grain based Distillery especially in Liquefaction and Fermentation area.
• Must be expert in Trouble shooting activities.
• Good in Computer Knowledge, Microsoft Office, Verbal & Written Communication, and Presentable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Chindwara, Madhya Pradesh
