The Head Pan Man reports directly to the Production Superintendent and also supports the Assistant Production Superintendent. This is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing the timely completion of both seasonal and off-season pan boiling operations using standardized methods and achieving optimal performance targets.
Principal Responsibilities of a Head Pan Man
As a Head Pan Man at FSC’s Lautoka Mill, your key duties will include:
1. Develop Boiling Schemes:
Plan boiling operations based on the pan station load.
2. Uniform Load Management:
Maintain consistent uniform house loads in all three shifts.
3. Vacuum Pan Preparations:
Prepare vacuum pans for smooth, uninterrupted operations.
