We are actively hiring for the position of BTG Operation Control Room Desk Engineer / Assistant Manager at our supercritical thermal power station in Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Job Role: BTG Operation Control Room – Desk Engineer / Assistant Manager

Location:

Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh
(At our Supercritical Thermal Power Station)

Experience Required:

3 to 10 years in Thermal Power Plants
(Only candidates with experience in 250 MW units or above will be considered)

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitoring and Control

Operate and monitor main plant and auxiliary systems via DCS (Distributed Control System) and Control Room MIMIC panels.
Ensure efficient performance of all systems under your control.

2. Emergency Management

Handle emergency situations such as blackouts and sudden shutdowns.
Ensure plant stability and personnel safety at all times.

3. Data Analysis

Record, track, and analyze operational data to maintain peak plant performance.
Proactively identify any anomalies or inefficiencies.

4. Equipment Operation

Start, stop, control, and isolate critical plant equipment during operations or scheduled maintenance.

5. Technical Expertise

Apply advanced knowledge in steam turbines, coal-fired systems, and other thermal power generation equipment.

6. Safety & Compliance

Adhere strictly to regulatory guidelines and safety protocols.
Promote a culture of safe operations and continual improvement.

7. Cross-Functional Communication

Coordinate seamlessly with other departments for smooth operational flow and issue resolution.

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Preferably PGDC from NPTI
Must have experience in supercritical thermal units
