Key Roles and Responsibilities
Instrumentation Expertise
-
Hands-on knowledge of instrumentation like:
-
Pressure Transmitters (PT)
-
Differential Pressure Transmitters (DPT)
-
Level Transmitters
-
Electromagnetic Flow Meters
-
BOD, COD, DO, FRC, Turbidity, Oil & Grease, and Chlorine Analyzers
-
PLC & SCADA Knowledge
-
Strong understanding of PLC panel design and drawings
-
Familiarity with PLC and SCADA programming specific to water treatment applications
Design & Documentation
-
Prepare detailed engineering documentation:
-
Control logic
-
Loop diagrams
-
Cable schedules
-
Hook-up drawings
(all tailored for Water and Wastewater Industry projects)
