Vacancy Details – Post Wise Information

Fitter – Mechanical

Qualification Required: 10th Pass + ITI (Fitter Trade)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 से 8 वर्षों का अनुभव (Sugar / Distillery Plant Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

Mechanical Fitter को distillery plant में pumps, pipelines, agitators, gearboxes, conveyors और अन्य

rotating equipment की maintenance करनी होती है। इसके अलावा breakdown handling, preventive

maintenance और shutdown activities भी इसी role का हिस्सा होती हैं। Continuous plant होने के कारण

fitter की role सीधे production stability से जुड़ी होती है।

Dryer Operator

Qualification Required: 12th Pass

Experience Required: 6 से 10 वर्षों का अनुभव Dryer System Handling में

Job Responsibilities:

Dryer Operator का मुख्य काम dryer system को smooth और stable condition में चलाना होता है।

Temperature control, moisture monitoring और abnormal condition पर timely action लेना इस

role की primary responsibility होती है। Distillery plant में dryer section production efficiency के

लिए अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण होता है।

Electrician

Qualification Required: 10th Pass + ITI (Electrical Trade)

Experience Required: 6 से 8 वर्षों का अनुभव (Distillery/Sugar Industry Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

Electrician को HT/LT panels, motors, starters, VFDs और plant electrical systems की maintenance

और operation संभालनी होती है। Breakdown handling, preventive electrical checks और safety compliance

इस role का daily part है।

Boiler Attendant – 1st Class

Qualification Required: 1st Class Boiler Competency Certificate

Experience Required: 6 से 8 वर्षों का relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

Boiler Attendant distillery plant में steam generation और pressure control का जिम्मेदार होता है।

Boiler log books maintain करना, safety valves की checking और statutory compliance सुनिश्चित

करना इस role का मुख्य हिस्सा है।

Fireman – 2nd Class

Qualification Required: 2nd Class Boiler Competency Certificate

Experience Required: 6 से 8 वर्षों का अनुभव

Job Responsibilities:

Fireman boiler firing, fuel feeding और emergency preparedness में Boiler Attendant को assist करता है।

यह role plant safety के लिए बेहद जरूरी होता है।

SBA (Senior / Supporting Boiler Assistant)

Qualification Required: 10th Pass + ITI

Experience Required: 4 से 8 वर्षों का अनुभव

Job Responsibilities:

SBA boiler section में senior staff को support करता है, log sheets maintain करता है और junior staff

coordination में मदद करता है।

Lab Chemist

Qualification Required: B.Sc / Alcohol Technology

Experience Required: 3 से 8 वर्षों का experience in Distillery Laboratory

Job Responsibilities:

Lab Chemist alcohol strength testing, fermentation monitoring, raw material analysis और daily

quality reports तैयार करता है। Distillery product की quality और compliance सीधे lab reports पर depend करती है।
