Job Responsibilities:
- Thorough Analytical and process knowledge of the Liquefaction and fermentation process (alcohol making).
- Conducting product trials at distillery plants of our clients
- Performing trouble shooting activities of the fermentation process
- Monitoring alcohol making process and performance of the products at client site.
- Suggesting enzyme / yeast solutions as per the process requirements
- Subject matter expert (SME) on the fermentation process representing the distillery sites of our clients.
- Fermentation process data reporting to technical experts of the team
- Managing technical queries of the team & resolving them
- Interact with R&D and provide inputs on the potential for new products and improvements in existing products functionalities.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies and advances in the enzyme industry.
- Willing to travel

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Complete Lab and Process Knowledge in Grain based Distillery especially in Liquefaction and Fermentation area.
- Must be expert in Trouble shooting activities.
- Good in Computer Knowledge, Microsoft Office, Verbal & Written Communication, and Presentable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Chindwara, Madhya Pradesh
